# Acceptable Use Policy

**Pilot Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-08-02**

This policy is part of the Pilot Terms of Service. It exists to protect
your attendees, other customers, and the Service itself.

## You agree not to use the Service to:

- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Send spam, or send messages to people who have not given the consent
your jurisdiction requires; or continue messaging anyone who has opted
  out.
- Harass, threaten, or defame anyone, or store content you have no right
  to store.
- Misrepresent who you are, impersonate another organization, or sell
tickets for events that do not exist.
- Probe, overload, or interfere with the Service; attempt to access
another Organization's data; share single-use invitation links or
credentials with anyone other than the intended recipient.
- Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.
- Store data with heightened legal protection that the Service is not
designed for (for example, medical records subject to HIPAA, or payment
card numbers — card data belongs with your payment provider).

## Event and payment integrity

- Prices, fees, and refund policies you show your customers must be
truthful, and you must honor them.
- You are responsible for the safety and legality of your own events.

## Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or terminate access for violations, with notice
where practicable. We may remove content that violates this policy or the
law. Suspension for a genuine emergency (abuse in progress, a legal
demand) may be immediate.

## Reporting

Report abuse through the Help section inside the app. During the
invitation-only pilot you can also reply to the invitation you received.
